FAQ

Q: How do I care for my jewellery?

A: Most pieces we sell are delicate and need to be treated carefully. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, or chemicals. Store your pieces separately in a cool, dry place to avoid scratches. Clean gently with a soft cloth to remove dirt or tarnish.

Q: Are the pieces sharp?

A: We ensure that every spike and point has been filed down or pressed flush to ensure that material and skin wont catch. Despite this, please be careful when putting our jewellery on, we recommend getting dressed first. The spikes should not break skin, however they are evidently 'spikey' so please be aware of this texture prior to purchasing.

Q: Are your products made from sustainable materials?

A: We strive to create jewellery that is not only beautiful but also ethical. We source materials responsibly (often shells and stones that my Granny has collected along her travels) and are always working towards reducing our environmental impact. If you have any specific questions about the materials we use, please feel free to contact us.

Q: Doesn't solder contain lead? Is it skin safe?

A: All pieces are created using LEAD-FREE solder! They are also sealed with Protectaclear which not only helps with the durability and wear of the piece, but also aids in creating a hypo-allergenic barrier on the metal. So completely skin safe.

Q: My chain broke, what do I do?

A: Take your necklace to a local jewellery shop and they will fix it easily!

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey to you. Simply enter the tracking number on the courier's website to see real-time updates.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds, except in the case of visibly damaged goods. Please ensure that you have made an informed purchase by reading each product description thoroughly. Check you are ordering the correct ring size or chain length prior to purchases. (Use a ring sizer and purchase accordingly with UK sizes in mind). Alterations can be made to the chain length by your local jeweller. You can also find ring size conversion charts online.
